What does it means to live with a courageous heart?
Join Vicky for a weekend in the beautiful Sussex countryside where will will use a variety of yoga tools to explore this question and what it means to each of us in depth. If this sounds terribly serious, then fear not, there will be plenty of time for built into the schedule for spending time in nature, conversation, giggles, snuggling by the fire, using the onsite sauna and rest and recuperation (this is a Harbour retreat after all).
We will be staying at beautiful and historic Tilton House, nestled within the South Downs national park. Tilton is the former home of economist John Maynard Keynes and his ballerina wife, Lydia Lopkova. It was used as their country retreat and is located just a stroll away from Charleston Farmhouse home of the Bloomsbury Set.
We will eat 3 meals a day lovingly prepared using fresh seasonal fare, much of it gown in Tilton's own onsite kitchen garden.
Massage treatments will be available at additional cost.
Cost: £350 per person for twin or double room, £325 per person for triple room, £500 for single occupancy. One ensuite twin room available, £375 per person.
(Please be aware that Tilton is an historic house that retains its original layout, meaning bedrooms are not ensuite. Bathrooms are shared between two or three bedrooms.)
