Monthly Meditation Meetup - In aid of OurMala

After the success of our Welcome to Meditation workshop and our Mindfulness Course, we are introducing monthly meditation sessions at Harbour.

We will spend the first hour meditating together being led by a teacher. And then for those who wish to stay, we'll come together to share tea, treats and community.

Our first session will be led by the wonderful Victoria Bolton-Stanley in aid of OurMala's #WarriorsforWomen initiative. You can read all about OurMala and its work with refugee women here:.
