Yoga for Restful Sleep

Do you sometimes have trouble falling to sleep or wake frequently during the night or perhaps wake up feeling un-refreshed? This 3 hour workshop looks at research into the many causes of insomnia and offers lifestyle advice that can help you get a better night’s sleep.

We will enjoy a calming and restorative yoga practice focussing on asana, breath work and relaxation techniques that are helpful in aiding restful sleep. We will also look at ways to balance and re-energise if you sometimes wake up feeling un-refreshed and tired. The yoga practice will be gentle and suitable for beginners.

You will leave the workshop with a variety of tools and techniques that you can introduce into your life and discover what helps you.
