Come and join Victoria to explore ways to find balance in your practice on and off the mat.

Balance in the body comes when we quiet the mind, still the gaze and let go and have fun. This 2.5hour workshop will help you learn how find equanimity in your breath and balance in your physical self. In the spirit of balance, the morning will be focused and fun.
